I was referred by a neighbor to Imua Physical Therapy in Kihei for help restoring my severely sprained ankle from a fall on concrete 6 weeks previously. As I walked into the facility, I was amazed at the caring, compassionate, friendly staff and variety of equipment. Imua Physical Therapy has such a comfortable environment as well as the capable services of Dr. Robert Silva, known as Bobby!
In THREE weeks time- seeing Dr. Silva for therapy twice a week- his personalized focused plan for me worked successfully. I went from using a knee scooter to maneuver my home and community to finally resuming my mile morning walks in my faithful tennis shoes. HE worked me through ultrasounds on my ankle bone and strained ligaments to a variety of exercises and gave me photos with directions to assist in completing them. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Silva's help in restoring my mobility. I highly recommend Imua Physical Therapy to anyone who needs and desires physical therapy.
