I placed a mobile order this morning and arrived a little early before my whole order was completed. My breakfast sandwich was ready before my drink so I just patiently waited for it. The male barista who walked my drink to the pick up counter (usually calls out the name of the person and says either mobile or Cafe order) proceeds to announce "whoever Waylen is" and puts my drink on the counter. I thought that was the rudest thing to say and there were other customers waiting who heard that as well as his coworkers. I've been to this location many times and this will be my last. I would rather drive out of my way to go to another location rather than deal with such horrible customer service.

If you plan to come and work remotely from here , Do Not. They do not provide any outlets . What a backward way of doing business .
