I was shopping for a new L-shaped sofa because ours had saggy cushions. Every sofa I looked at, on-line and furniture stores, was too large for the space. Ryan, at John's, was so very helpful.  I sent him photos and dimensions and he was able to give me an estimate. I picked the fabric and Ryan picked up sofa. When fabric arrived. Ten days later he returned a "new" sofa. They restuffed the saggy cushions. The sofa is fantastic. Excellent workmanship. Ryan was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend John's Furniture Upholstery!

Very disappointed in customer service, seems like they dont need the business. Needed cushion covers made for my rattan dining chairs, they were very expensive for one thing, then really wouldnt even discuss anything with me. Got a much better deal in Honolulu at the Rattan Creations, on beretania street a little hard to find but well worth it.

I called/visited five upholstery companies on this island and Johns had by far the best price and had the exact fabric I wanted. Ryan is a bit casual but they are very professional, quick, and did a beautiful job at the best price of all the places I visited. I highly recommend Johns Upholstery. Dont even think of going elsewhere, it would be a waste of time and money.
