We were a group of six from Wisconsin that loves fishing and were not disappointed. The boat was great and captain and crew were excellent. They put us on fish, and although no trophies today, the experience was well worth it. We had serious fisherman on board and were assisted by serious fisherman in the capt and crew. Great stories, info on the island and fishing tips. We will definitely be back and will catch the big one!

Started our vacation with a fishing trip which was outstanding. I was so overjoyed watching my 2 sons catch Ono & ahi tuna with the professional guidance from the crew. Big bonus was taking home fish for barbecue & sashimi. Highly recommend this very organized fishing business!

We werent originally planning to go fishing, but when we landed on Big Island, my husband mentioned hed always wanted to fish off Kona.
I dont fish, I know nothing about fishing. But I started googling hoping to surprise him if I could find a charter on short notice. We found Camelot Sport Fishing, and I figured Id give it a shot.
They have the HIGHEST review rating, and I can see why. We called, and they were all sold out for the next day - womp womp :(.
Just when we thought fishing wasnt in the cards, Captain Rob called us back. I had mentioned it was our honeymoon, and I was trying to make a surprise happen. While he couldnt accommodate the following day, Rob and his son Chris offered to make 1 more run for the day to help make our honeymoon extra special.
We turned around immediately, and had the time of our life. Not only are these the most proficient fishing guides youll find in Kona, but theyre just really good hearted people. They were determined to help us get a fish.
So skip the big corporate bookings, and call this family run business. Rob and Chris do everything in their power to ensure a fantastic time, a catch and theyre just great company to spend the day with!

We had a great half day with the Camelot crew. The boat was comfortable, and the crew was knowledgeable. If theres fish to be caught, this crew will do their best to find them. We fished hard and ended up with a nice marlin. Thanks Camelot, well be back.
