Homedepot and Lowes are main competitors. I remember for the longest of time lowes sucksled really bad, bad service bad everything. I think they are starting to come around and homdepot might be slacking in all around service. Last few times I been going to lowes instead.

Bought an interior door this 4th of July. Not as easy a task as I thought. Didn't even have to hunt down help as personable Caucasian guy in that department (didn't get his name) approached and assisted us with our questions. He even offered excellent tips and suggested tools that would help our door installment project go off without a hitch. Wow, we really appreciated that because we probably wouldn't have thought of some of the tips before putting the door in. Thanks. We're regular shoppers and this was one of the best customer service experiences we've had there.
