Excellent customer service from very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Rodney was extremely helpful in getting our trailer hitch installed. The U-hole website was a little confusing, but He made sure we had the right equipment for our car. I highly recommend this business for any of your truck or trailer needs.

Oh my goodness I highly reccomend U-Haul Honolulu. In a last minute ditch to vacate my residence , a friend recommended I go and see Rodney at U- Haul. I am so happy I did. I called early in the morning. Rodney reserved me a 24 hour rental truck without a down payment. When I got there, Kiana took care of me and had me out the door in what seemed like 5 minutes. Kiana asked my estimated mileage, I replied with 20 miles and I described my route. She said 15 and did the paper work with her estimate. I returned the truck and Kiana was spot on. Before I left, Rodney reassured me that I am in good hands and he would be happy to help me anytime. Best place to go to if you need a truck for moving. The costs were extremely reasonable. Rodney and Kiana are an awesome team. I highly recommend them!

CHECK THE TRAILERS MAKE SURE THEY ARE UP TO DATE BECAUSE THEY ARE 2 YEARS BACK DATED MANAGERS NAME IS RODNEY AND HE TELLS YOU IF YOU GET A TICKET HE WILL JUST GIVE YOU THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE TICKET BACK. ITS NOT THE POINT! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE HORRIBLE!! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
