Male person answering calls was Rude. I ask for a Cab. This would have been my Second time in same day using this Company. He asked if it would be Cash or Credit card I said Credit card and he said No. I said Cash he said No we are to Busy and hung up. I will not use this Family Owned "Aloha Aina Cab Company" Again. No Aloha Spirit on phone.

Thank goodness for THE CAB! I can do my shopping 🛍 without having to bike my groceries all the way from Seaside Avenue to KEAUHOU and back! THANK YOU JESUS! AMEB!!

Even though they've been so busy b'cuz of the Covid and just b'cuz there's hardly any rental car places anymore they always put the customer first. I totally understand what they're going through. I'll call the cab from Kapolei and pretty much tell me they'll probably be booked from morning till late that night. Sad when you can't even get a cab after shopping all day at Kapolei and have to sit overnight in the dark and cold b'cuz they are to busy making money in Waikiki on the tourist who keep coming here and killing us b'cuz they won't follow the law. I'll stick with Aloha Aina.

Used this cab through my insurance. They had friendly drivers and clean cabs. Can't complain about that!
