Growing up this was the best bank on the island. Now a days this is not so. The employees there act like high school kids. Many of them talk about other employees and customers. This kind of toxic culture is unacceptable when dealing with peoples life savings. The employees dont care about customer needs. They only care about how good they look. This falls on a lack of training. I do not recommend any of their banking services, too many options out there. Some employees at this location will know who wrote this and I told you if you don't know the answer find someone who does. Next time before you talk stink about customers realize it's a small island.

Big time Bank of Hawaii. Feels like the main branch out here! Easiest parking anywhere.

This is the most upscale branch on Oahu, surpassing the flagship branch on Bishop Street. The concierge, customer service reps, tellers, and VP are all top notch, and very courteous.
The multi-story building is isolated, the parking is adequate, and I believe the safe deposit boxes are the most secure on the island. For millionaires and billionaires, this is the best bank in East Oahu. Even if your net worth is under a million, the place will treat you like a king or queen.
