The owner went out of her way to help & guide me installing the Enphase envoy -s, sent someone out the fill morning to change out an inverter. System working and recording this afternoon. Highly recommended.

Used Solar Help on a friend's recommendation and glad I did! They did 3 projects for us: removed and reinstalled existing PV panels so we could expand our house, replaced the existing solar water system, and installed a 2nd solar water system.
In all 3 jobs the John was working with us to coordinate and quote. He usually got back to us very quickly but could tell he was busy at times. The crew that came out (shout out to Brandon and the guys) were super nice and we can't recommend them enough.
Jobs were all done well, timely, and professionally. Thank you guys!

This was the first time that I had my heater flushed. They guys were very neat, efficient and my heater works  better now. I have hot water! Thank you!!!

Our solar water heater was leaking in May and we called Solar Help Hawaii based on Yelp reviews. A service technician came out and told us we would have to replace the tank AND the panel. He was on site for 30 minutes max. We just received a bill dated August 7, 2022 for $89 for a service call on May 19, 2022.
I understand that no one comes out to give a free estimate, but it should not take almost 3 months to send a bill. Make sure you know what costs are involved and when and if you will be invoiced.
BTW...we called a different company and the service technician replaced the water heater and used the same panels. The other technician said the panels were fine and just a metal plate had come off which he replaced. Dunno why Solar Help Hawaii tried to get us to replace everything.
