While I was out of town my partner had to call RTs to fix a leak. After they fixed the leak they then told her that her water pressure was to high, and gave her a $500 estimate to replace her water pressure regulator ( luckily she waited) I asked her why they didnt just adjust it, she said she asked and was told it couldnt be adjusted. When I got home I adjusted it within 45 seconds and the pressure is fine now. We wont be using them again.

When another company failed to show up RT found time to squeeze me in the schedule. From phone call to fix it took less than three hours. Really appreciated the caring, fast, and knowledgeable service. 10/10. Really saved the day! Thanks again!
