Top notch service! He came the same day we called to deliver water and he even checked to make sure our pump was working right. Plus he changed our filter. I recommend this company to any one looking for affordable water hauling and great service!

I ran out of water in my catchment tank within a week from filling it up only to realize I had a leak! From the beginning Loke and John were so helpful. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule to replace our liner, the frame and addressed so many other things. They went over and beyond to get us back with water within a few days. Highly recommend JB Water Hauling!!

I ordered water to be delivered yesterday. I was told that they would come later in the afternoon so i took off work and stayed home. By 4pm I called the company to get an ETA and they said it is delayed but will still come possibly after 7pm!! I was upset but stuck to getting the load. No one called until 11pm to say they will be delivering my water in a couple of hours!!! AT MIDNIGHT!! NEVER MIND!! I can't believe how awful this company was!!
