image I signed up for Direct TV April 2nd.  I spent hours at the store then on the phone with  a sale executive who quoted me prices and packages.When the onsite technician came to install they told me that I needed much more than I was told.  Them worst part was that they said it would cost me 20.00 for installation and it was 90.00.  They do not know what they are talking about and when I went back to confront the manger with the situation she did NOTHING.  I would never recommend these people they do not know what they are doing.

image I am stuck in a 2-year contract with the worse internet provider on island. When my husband switched to Exede from Verizon, we were told that we would have much better service than with Verizon. In fact, their web site says that Exede Internet is the leader in the satellite internet industry, in both performance, speed and reliability. This is far from the truth. I am a distance learning student and have had to drive back into town more often than I can count in order to attend class because their Internet service has dropped me from my classes or I have not even been able to connect to my online classes. I have not even been able to conduct a Ping test because I can't even get to a decent web site. My husband has called for assistance only to be told to shut down the system and reboot. That has not fixed the problem. We are now having to use our cell phones as hot spots in order to get online. I have left an email on their contact web page and not gotten any response. I have emailed them directly to complain and have not received any communication back from any representative. I can honestly say that using Exede via Microcom is worse than dial-up and can't wait until the nightmare is over in two years.

image I came here on Friday and the mall was busy and loud, I got helped by Kaimi and she was so friendly to me and my wife. We came to the mall like we do every other Friday to watch a movie and she stopped us to as who we have Internet with, I told her we live in HPP and we don't have Internet! She said "now you do" and showed us the plans with Exede. And how great they are and she has in in Volcano area. Thank you Kaimi...we highly recommend!!!
