image I had a good experience here! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. I got 2 X-rays done and was in and out in a bit over an hour on a Saturday morning.

image They made us wait for 1h 30m before calling us into a room. There were only two people ahead of us. Then they took about 30m to send in a doctor to talk to us in the room. This was a worse wait time by far even when compared to a busy ER Room. As for the doctor, they seemed okay professionally.. no complaints. But seriously it's a slow running place!

image Trying to get someone at this clinic on the phone is impossible. I dont know why it goes to the Vice President of Operations voicemail instead of to the clinic staff (i.e. front desk or nurses).

image I don't do reviews unless a place is really bad. This place is really BAD!
This clinic is incompetent with Workmans Comp cases. Transfer your case to your PCP right away or find a some place else to handle your Work injury. Waiting 12 weeks now for appointment with Orthopedic Surgeon. Found out Orthopedic Surgeon was waiting for Work Comp approval from this clinic but never received it because was sent to the wrong place and filled out incorrectly. I won't get into how rude the person was when I called inquiring about my referral to Orthopedics.
I guess if you work for the largest Hospital in the State you don't feel you have to try very hard. I suggest you visit a smaller owned Urgent Care. They'll probably have more compassion and try harder to help their patients receive timely treatment and care.
"To fulfill the intent of Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV to provide in perpetuity quality health care services to improve the well-being of Native Hawaiians and all of the people of Hawai'i." What a bunch of BS. All about the money now days. Lost the ALOHA!

image I visit this urgent care at 7 pm and they wont take me, but they will close at 8pm. They said that they have 5 patients before me. They asking me to go ER but definitely Im not on emergency situation, I explained it to them, then the front desk tell me to return the next day. I cant wait the next day I went to Palimomi ER instead. What I understand is if 8:00pm you Guys can not accept any services anymore. I called Queens Urgent Care Ewa beach they tell me same thing..we are on divert right now. You might wanna change your service time to 8am-7pm so people dont go there when you guys claim you still providing services. At Kaiser Kapolei, I brought my parents and Granpa same time at 7 pm and passed 7 pm multiple occasions they will see them, get x ray, lab test and go home with medications. Come on queens, please serve our people in the island with Aloha!. I hope Queens Ema is happy if she know what you guys doing..If you Guys short staff, Hire more. I hope some Managers from queens can read this. I trust you guys, you can figure out beta!
