Good old fashioned service is what I received today from Renata. I was trying to make reservations for a birthday surprise for my partner and trying to get the room we always love in the cottages, as well as the best price. Renata went out of her way to accommodate me, even calling me back after a short while to let me know she managed to juggle things around so I could get the room I wanted. Who does that any more? So appreciative and so impressed. Thank you! ( I hope I spelled her name right)! You are an asset to Brasstown Valley

I decided to surprise my wife with a two day getaway to Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa. I told the staff how much my wife means to me and how special I wanted to make this getaway for her. Everyone went above and beyond from the moment I reserved a room to our final minutes before we checked out. Both restaurants on the grounds were great. However, I have to give a special shoutout to the chef of the restaurant on the top or main level because of the amount of care he puts in the dishes we had for dinner and the quality of the breakfast buffet. Worth every penny. Our server even gave us to free desserts as anniversary gifts. Indoor pool, hot tub, board games, game room, pool tables, and massive fireplaces all contribute to a romantic and family-friendly atmosphere.
Thank you Gary and the shorter sweet lady for such a great experience at the stables. Our ride on the horses was actually relaxing and romantic.
The Spa was icing on the cake.

Food & drinks: Food was gourmet and filling. Drinks tasted good and werent overpriced.
