I Expected more from this company since I had to pay $45 for them not to do anything . It took this Jeff M only 5 minutes to look and say its broke whats broke ? Provided me no information. This guy took longer to take the payment then it took him to look at the Was going on . Not helpful at all . What kind of plumber can not tell you the problem isnt that what a plumber is suppose to do ? He was charging me $600 for a job that he said is not guaranteed nor warranty. Unacceptable Dont waste your money or time thx

I expected more from this company since I had to pay $45 for them not to do anything . It took this Jeff guy longer to take the payment then it took him to look at the problem did not run camera or anything .The guy only looked at the toilet and said its broke didnt not let me know anything . Plus Jeff the man who came out told me the work was not guaranteed nor warranty . Charging me $600 for a work that is not guaranteed not warranty. This man did not look like he even wanted to do his job to begin with . What kind of plumber can not let you know the issue ? Not even mad just disappointed . Now It would be different if they had warranty I would of had no problem paying a little extra just to come fix it . Thanks for the great help
