Excellent friendly staff and clean nice rooms. We love this hotel. This trip was best yet. 1st, always have trouble finding good food in Valdosta, wow the bistro here was EXCELLENT!! Cobb salad and pizza and didn't have to go out in the rain!! So delicious!! Tomeka Eddy was our Chef, server and bartender. Wow, exceptional talented young woman.
Other special notes..front desk....200% perfect, Pearl McAdams. Wow! Beautiful smile, warm and sincere customer service. I would "steal hwr" from Marriott if I were still in flight attendant recruiting. She can defuse potential situations with a smile! And make her elite customers feel like we matter. She's special.
Appreciate Lisa Brown and hats iff to the maintenance team, Jimmy who made us feel so welcome and our car was safe, and a fun guy to just chat with.
We REALLY like this Marriott property!!!
