Unfortunately, we were sold a non-functioning machine.
We followed up multiple times for either support or a refund, and were told to contact a third party, Nayax, and to solve the issue ourselves, despite the fact that the machine was never functional upon completion of the sale.
Tony, our salesperson, did not take responsibility for delivering a working product, and was not willing to provide support to get the machine working.
Not a fan of leaving negative reviews - but it seems as though there was no recourse in our case.

They have been great to work with through and through. Had the machines shipped across the country and Tony was good at answering all my questions and made sure he updated me on the status of my order. When I had a minor problem with one of the machines, they went out of their way to make sure the problem was taken care of. Their attentiveness make them stand out amongst other vending machine distributors and I am definitely making all my future vending purchases through them.

Great place to purchase Refurbished vending machines. Tony is extremely pleasant and informative. They do it all. Refurbish, clean, upgrade and deliver. Tony makes sure you know you can call them anytime if you run across a problem with your machines. Ill be seeing them soon again.

Tony was very helpful. This is definitely the place to come for all of your vending machine needs. Very knowledgeable and nice people here.
