I was disappointed at the way my agent and the sellers agent did not follow up with the sellers to move out of the house on time. We signed an early access agreement that was totally ignored by everyone but me. I moved from out of state And had to stick to my schedule. I worked with the sellers on the closing date which changed two times. I feel like both agents from Keysouth were helping the sellers and no one was helping me. Both agents showed up at closing and collected their checks though

I couldnt recommend my Team any higher! Communication was any time of the day throughout the week and weekend. When we needed a repairman recommendations were made and contacted for us.
The photographer was very professional and had some very high tech equipment like a drone. Everything was a breeze right up to the signing. Thanks again!
