She explained everything to me in detail, she was patient and she allowed me to email her documents to complete my file. This office is Not helpful and very rude Sylvia and Gaynell. Are putting other people on my account and giving others discounts and when I call they act dumb I have asked for a account transfer for over 3 months and they keep giving me the run around..THIS OFFICE IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BE INSURED WITH. They really don't deserve 1 star.
