Came to test drive and purchase a vehicle. It was infested with ants. Crawling on me while driving. Manager told me it "happens from time to time". Sorry but no that's not a thing. Ubering home now... bizarre.

Had a car transferred from another state - arrived on Friday picked it up on Sunday afternoon. Was the best experience weve had getting a car. Brittany was awesome and very friendly. Scott help locate and bring the car up front for us to look over and made sure it was clean. If you had a issue at CarMax look in the mirror- that might be the chief cause. This is the second car Ive gotten through CarMax - wont be the last.

The sales staff here needs some retraining or possibly restaffing. Jo Lee was very condescending from our very initial point of contact. Hassled us about just walking in. The test drive. He didnt ask us if we liked the car and just returned it to its spot (we anticipated buying). Our form of payment wasnt up to par and he quotes, before we could finish speaking, and while we were on the phone, I was just trying to save you some time. Well, speaking of time, you interrupted the phone call. Just rude and a poor representative of this company. It was like coming to make a purchase of $22k with someone who has a Walmart idgaf attitude. He was so sassy! We dont want him on our sale at all but we do want the vehicle. Once our check is cleared we also want him cleared from our sale. We came in for a 2021 Kia Forte GT at around 1pm today that he kept hearing as Kia Rio for what ever reasons. He was just a difficult and very sneaky little man altogether. Get rid of him!
