I've had several issues with this location. I think I've tried almost all of the therapists at this location in hopes of finding someone who was a match. Didn't find one. I even took PTO in the mornings to find someone who may only be available to work in the mornings. Never found someone. Oh, then there was a time a therapist used so much oil on a deep tissue massage that I never felt any deep penetration into the muscle, and she used those hands to "massage" my scalp. I left with greasy head of hair!
I had a facial here to use one of my monthly services, and the facial was AWFUL. Not the type of facial I'm used to from other spas. It was basically my morning routine, with a hot towel service added on and a lousy shoulder rub.
Finally, I've had my massages cancelled on short notice several times. Finding a time to reschedule was always difficult since they almost never have someone available.
Note: I always tip $20.00 regardless of the services provided. I know it comes down to therapist/customer match, but I just don't think there is a therapist at this location for me.
I much prefer the Sugarloaf location. The Sugarloaf location has the best therapist I've ever had, but I can't find the time to make it over there anymore. I suggest you try SpaStinny across the street in the Kroger shopping center. They have better therapists and more availability.
