I love her!!! Heather is very patient and detailed to doing her work. When I say she is one of a kind, I whole-heartedly mean it. I have been through several other lawyers who just wanted money to sell a dream of beating a case only to fail me. But not Heather, she reviewed my case thoroughly! Showed up to every hearing! And very compassionate to me.
Heather Baker, I am very well blessed that you were there for me every step of the way for such a traumatic and life changing experience of mines! And I so happy that you never gave up on me even when the odds were set against me for no reason.

Worst attorney I’ve ever come across. ONLY CARES ABOUT HER PAYING CUSTOMERS! Not the PUBLIC DEFENDER WORK SHE HAS TO DO!!!!! She is also a public defender and she is the of the worst kind. She was representing my friend and no matter how many times we called her and left her voicemail messages or text messages she would never even respond! It’s been two months and I still have never received a call back! She never came to see my friend while he was incarcerated even though he requested to see her every week for almost two months. I had to do all the work for him as well as file court documents and motions! He didn’t hear from her until 3 days prior to his court date! And I had already did all the leg work and found out when his court date was by the time she ever showed her face. Then when she did represent him in court for his preliminary hearing she was in her pajamas sitting on her couch half asleep! She didn’t know anything about his case! She was stumbling all over the place and didn’t know what she was even saying. She didn’t defend him in any way or even speak on his case at all! Then she didn’t even bring up important documents that would have drastically changed the outcome of his hearing! Even in her closing statement where it would have made all the difference she sounded like an idiot! She didn’t know what she was talking about and she didn’t even attest to what the DA was saying! She didn’t even sound like she read a single word in his case file! She didn’t use or bring up and argument although she had pleantly of grounds to ask for a bond to be granted! Any information she was given she didn’t use! She did not care about my friend or what would happen to him if she didn’t do the work that she was held up to do! She was suppose to represent my friend in court under the law and she did the opposite! She is the reason my friend is still waiting to be released from court jail and it’s been three months! I’ve had to take it upon myself to file a motion for him to be seen again in a month. We still haven’t heard from her yet!!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF, YOUR FRIENDS OR YOUR FAMILY YOU WILL STAY AWAY FROM HEATHER BAKER “false” attorney at law.
