      image The service at this branch has gone downhill. The one star is for the 1-2 helpful, customer driven branch employees. Notably the manager isn’t one of them.

      image My account was hacked into. This branch provided excellent one on one services so that I could seemlessly do business while awaiting my new bank card. Very professional and friendly people.

      image Love SunTrust but hate this branch. Absolutely NO customer service. Went to open a business account. Told to make an appointment so I did. Got to my appointment early so I could make sure everything was done properly. Was told the guy THEY scheduled my appointment with was at lunch. No problem however, they were 3 other people who could have opened the account sitting there doing NOTHING. I waited to my appointment time only to wait PAST my appointment time. I left! This was not a good use of my time!
