image The cashier tried to force me into rounding up. I told him no, and he said just one penny it wont affect you. I said no he said it wont affect your total. I believe he was saying he wanted me to let him round up one penny, and he just adds a physical penny to the drawer. This is some type of scam to inflate the round up numbers? Ridiculous unacceptable and deceptive asking your customers to round up so you can donate the extra or whatever already sounds disingenuous, but now I will never be rounding up ever at a Goodwill.

image I came to donate clothes and the worker was very rude !! I had large bags of clothes so I asked for help he gone say maam you have to get out the car I said I know I asked for help. He grabbed one bag and ripped the bag and said those are to heavy you are on your own. He then decided to asked where did I get the stuff from I told him I was moving and decided to donate the clothes he asked was I lying !! I said are you serious he didnt help me with the rest of the bags a gentleman walked by my car after seeing the worker watch me struggle to ask did I need any help. The customer service was a 0/10! I told him he was rude and I didnt appreciate his smart remarks . His name was maleek.

image I found this perfect thrifted lamp that I loved that I tried to find a shade for a while and gave up to look at a different shop. The lamp was the only thing I really wanted but I picked out a few other things as well. I get to the register, it takes a minute for the cashier to get to me, I don't mind. He starts ringing me up. I told him that he forgot to ring up the lamp so then he picked it up and realized it didn't have a pricetag on it. He says that, while not even looking at me. Then he puts the lamp to the side. I asked why, he said he can't price it but he could get a manager. I said please as I really loved the lamp. When the manager got to the register she was completely rude. Advised me LIKE I WOULD KNOW THAT CASHIERS CANT PRICE THINGS. It isn't my job to your job for you. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews but that was truly the worst experience bc while I was checking out, the manager got on the over head speaker and told everyone else that cashier's are not authorized to price items. I don't expect a red carpet, or someone to ask me how my day's going but this was unexcusable. If that manger See's this I'm not angry, just learn how to confront people in a nicer way. You never know what people are going through.
