I used this dry cleaners for years before moving out of the area. At least once a year I drive 27 miles one way to bring my clothes to this cleaner because I love their service however, I noticed this trip an entire front rack was empty and a different man (the older man was not there) was there. Thinking it was probably a relative I still left my clothes. Paid and picked up my clothes. First thing I noticed was stains. Before if there was a stain left in my clothes there was a note attached to the clothing. Ok...I took that! What hurt, I forgot
and sent in a top that has pearls and imitation diamonds on it. In the past if it was something they could not clean because they could possibly ruined it they would clean the rest of the articles and hold the decorated articles out. And tell me they could not clean it. Well they cleaned and pressed the applicaded top. Who ever pressed this article realized immediately when they pressed the one side they ruined the applica but they proceeded to press the other side. This was the outfit I was to wear new years eve. Opened the bag and the first thing I noticed was the applica which was the beauty of the top! Pearls were missing and the beads were hanging from the article. I had not looked at this article prior to the trip! I had nothing else with me to wear to the church service! I wore the outfit with a hanging applique.
Ok...I decided to let it go because I wore the articles and it were days to my return. Today there was a discussion about taking the 9 tee shirts to the cleaners to have them washed. He charges 4.50 to wash 1 shirt! I called him back and asked could the shirts be cleaned under the 8 items cleaned for $27.95 offer they had. He said yes.
This cleaner charges $1.95 to wash and iron a dress shirt and charge me $27.95 to wash, dry, and hang 9 long sleeve undershirts? I think they are under new management and I feel sad about it.
Update. Talked to the dad. They still own the business. Will charge me $3.00 a piece to wash dry and hang up 9 undershirts.

First time taking anything to them for dry cleaning they were 4 days late after promising an earlier date and what I got back was a sports coat with 2 missing buttons. Ive tried calling over a dozen times with no response.
