Currently sitting in the hotel lobby with my kids who just spent 16 hours in the car. We called ahead of time to let them know that we would be early and asking if we would be able to check in. We were told over the phone it would not be a problem and that the room would be ready.
Upon arrival, we were told the room was indeed ready, but they were unable to check us in because we were too early. We cannot access any amenities because we won't be given a key until they decide the time is right to check us in. This is why we called to make sure our arrival time was OK. We even offered to pay more to access services- nope.
With 3 young children, we have many family vacations ahead of us. However, none of them will be at a Hilton property in the future based on our experience here.

Food and drinks sucked, floors were sticky, tissues in room appeared to be used or perhaps not new and fresh, seat was stained, curtain was stained, floors stained and damaged, wall damage, soap sucked, elevator floor dirty and damaged with cracks, garbage on floor in elevator, front desk Attendant gave me a snotty attitude when I requested a beverage. hotel is pathetic I requested a full refund. Room 215
I would imagine if Paris Hilton heard about this disgrace of a hospitality experience careers would be terminated. Or maybe this is the way the hotel operates with or without her approval.

If you want a bad case of bedbugs stay here!
And don't bother telling corporate, they don't care and will claim you brought them
My husband is allergic and stayed there for a business trip,he had welts all over is arms,back and stomach area

No cook to order breakfast 3 out of the 5 days there. No cook at night.
