We took our cart in because it was bouncing when riding around the neighborhood, three times they worked on it to no avail....I sent two emails and made two phone calls to the Roswell branch to get a parts list but never received a reply or neither did they answer my calls. Costumer service really sucks. Beautiful cart have had tons of co.mpliments on it, but the customer service made up my mind for the rating of a one. Unless I receive some kind of response, I will discourage anyone from wasting their money.

I bought a chappy cart from Adam last December and have been more than pleased with it! Have had no issues with it except for the ignition switch today. One call to Adam and hes got me a new switch coming in the mail! Great cart and great customer service!

Best price and great customer service. Adam has taken care of even the smallest details and stands by his carts! Ive had a great experience with the cart used daily for over a year.
