We made a 7:30 reservation and were seated over 20 minutes late. We waited 10 more minutes for server to show up. We quickly ordered but after waiting an hour for food to arrive (never came), we left. Shortly before they brought us a cup of soup that was cold. This was our 2nd straight bad experience in a row and we won't be back.

Great time. Lovely bar area with great bartenders. Food was great and service excellent. I will for sure be back again and again. Terrific happy hour with some great specials.

Nice atmosphere is all I can say. HORRIBLY SMALL PORTIONS for the expensive prices!!! I left hungry and had to eat again. In fact, all five of the people in my group complained about their portions and cost. My salad was a side salad. It was a toddler size portion. Ridiculous and just more ridiculous! We can go anywhere to eat, we just won’t be going back here!

This was the most terrible experience we have had at a so called (reputable restaurant). We had a 7:30pm and arrived there 15 minutes early. The place didn’t seem very busy as many parties were leaving as we were getting there. After being sat we were helped not long after and things seemed ok. Shortly after the guest behind us sent back there meals 4 TIMES We started to question if we chose the right place. We ordered our food and my 3 yr old a grill cheese meal to make sure he gets something to eat ASAP. Multiple request as to where the food was and our server forgot to go and check 15 mins after we asked an eta. I approached the manager to see why we have been there for over 1 hour and haven’t even received a grill cheese, he informed me that he was sorry, didn’t know why but the meal for my son was on the way. I returned to our table and the meal showed up quickly. Great but oh no, the cheese was ice cold, never melted in the first place and the toasted bread was hard and cold, what a joke. I took the meal from our server immediately so that I could bring it to the manager, he literally just looked at me and didn’t know what to say. Never did he want to help, never did we eat, no one offered us anything, we left to only find most restaurants were closed and ultimately drove to my home in Woodstock to cook our family that was over for the holidays a big breakfast around 10pm! I’m shocked as to how terrible the experience was, the and only a small part of the story but I hope most people understand this isn’t how things should go nor how a an establishment like Big Ketch should treat customers. You guys should have handled this so much better, we will not be returning!!!
