We bought a Monte Hewett property second hand, and there have been nothing but problems. The largest of which was a foundation problem that has water leaking into our house and destroying our floor. Do not buy one of these homes. Life Well Built is a very catchy line but their product is anything but well built.
This same problem happened on 2 other units in our building so I would recommend against buying from them as this seems like a latent defect in their work.
