      image Very dishonest, my repair only required a toilet flush valve flap replacement. I reported a running toilet to the dispatcher and the tech said the pressure regulator was the problem. I was charged 580 dollars. Even after the regulator was replaced the toilet was not fixed. It was still leaking. I had to go to home depot and resolve the problem after spending that much money. Just horrible and dishonest. I believe most of the good reviews are of people who don't have any understanding, this is not to say anything about them but just to say they may not be aware of they have been sold more than what was needed. Service: Leak investigation and repair

      image 1st time we used Mr. Rooter was amazing. The second time there was a billing question/ issue. Date of Service was May 30th. Since I have sent two e-mails and called three times with no return call your rating went from 10 to 0. perhaps now I have your attention? Mr. Rice. I waited to post my review as well as I was optimistic it was just a misunderstanding. fast approaching three months and no call.... unimpressed. I have voicemail and caller ID so I have not missed it. Service: Leak investigation and repair

      image We had a giant water spot on our ceiling, actively dripping water. We called Mr. Rooter for emergency service. They sent someone within the next hour. He informed us it'd be $400 to cut open the ceiling. Once he did, he didn't know how to stop the leak. He spent 5min on the job and left us with an exposed dripping pipe, hole cut out in the ceiling, $420 poorer and instructions to call a master plumber. We thought they were masters! $420 to cut into the ceiling? $420? They didn't even know how to fix the leak, guess they have to make money on the non-plumbing aspects of the job because they obviously don't know plumbing! Oh! And he dinged our wall with his ladder and tried to play it off like he didn't. Will never use this company again. Service: Leak investigation and repair
