I inquired with August 2021 after my car wreck that ended up totaling my car. I was contacted 24 hours after submitting my information online. Graham Roberts is the attorney who took on my case and I must admit, he treated me as if we were family members through the entire process. I was so worried about doing a personal injury lawsuit because of the things Id heard in the past, however, I chose this law firm based on the positive reviews they have. They arent advertised like many places, letting my know they are all about taking care of the clients. During the process of my case, Graham would call me at least once a week with updates sometimes more keeping me in the loop and being transparent about full details. When he was out or maybe on a call his assistant Stephanie would reach out and she is one bad chick. She made things happen for me with one call. When we finally got closer to settling he was DAYS AWAY FROM HAVING A BABY and still took the time to reach out to me and let me know the status of my case. That really hit close to home, and meant the world to me. After weeks of the insurance company giving us the run around Graham was getting close to the number we wanted and despite the adjuster always low balling us he never took the offers and always advised me on what was best. To bring my review to an end, this was my first personal injury case and I am ECSTATIC about my results. Excellent service from the start until finished. Graham Roberts represented me in my personal injury case. Excellent service.
I was in a pretty serious bike v car (I was on the bike) accident.
