This hotel went above and beyond And exceeded my expectations. The service from these individuals made this my hotel for life.

Rooms: Mell and Shante in housekeeping are phenomenal. They brought extra towels and made sure our rooms were clean very nice they would start whatever they were doing to make sure we had everything we need. These ladies made us feel so special.
Nearby activities: We are letting everyone know that this is the best hotel to come to in Rome.
Safety: Very clean and organized Free of clutter and trip hazards
Food & drinks: Laurie Made us feel so special Extended breakfast for us to make sure we were able to eat. This is a blessing to us because we lost our father and it was hard to get up in the morning. She is such a loving, kind individual that makes you feel special.
Also Laura at the front desk Make sure we had enough towels and her service was phenomenal people like her make you only want to come to this hotel.
Noteworthy details: Maya was an awesome blessing. Very nice hard-working she stopped in the middle of what she was doing while she was vacuuming to get everything we needed. She made us feel like we were important and top priority.

Rooms: The rooms were so nice and clean and well stocked I felt like a Queen.
Nearby activities: We encouraged a whole family to only come to this hotel.
Safety: Very safe, no clutter very clean.
Walkability: Very close to everything. Its the perfect location.
Food & drinks: The food was wonderful and we really enjoyed the service. This hotel really spalled us.
Noteworthy details: Pleasant atmosphere, awesome service the best Ive ever had in my life.

Super nice staff and beautiful new clean rooms. The only complaint I have is that there were no extra blankets in the room. It was late when we got there and I didnt want to bother the staff. But other than that the grounds are beautiful... breakfast was good and rooms were nice. Oh and the shower in our room was Huge!

Rooms: Rooms are typical.... However, they
1) CAN PROVIDE better connectivity for cellphone/internet/wifi access. Currently, it can be difficult to get a signal to even call the front desk from a second-floor room inside the hotel
2) DO NEED to have space for TWO people to sit down inside the room (this can easily be accomplished with a small under the table stool), and
3) Really SHOULD CHARGE a NIGHTLY pet fee for the same number of nights as the people stay

Walkability: One should probably have transportation whether driving themselves or using a 'taxi' service. The town is not that large, so it shouldn't be too expensive for the stay.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is included with the price of the room.
They did make a pretty good burger with a decent glass of wine ...
