      image They are all very nice people there. Unfortunately this year trying to find where our direct deposit refund went. after going to our bank manager and showing her our tax return, she saw that the rep in HnR Block had left out the last digit on our bank account number. Unfortunately this year we chose to have the service fee deducted from our refund. Our bank rejected the direct deposit because of this and sent it back to HnR Block. Now we have to wait for a check to come. This was why we have direct deposit. Don't like worrying about checks. Sorry, we will find another tax place next year.
