      image For the most part my experience has been fairly good until most recent. I just started my orthovisc regiment about a week ago at the Fayetteville location. I arrived ontime but had to wait 45 minutes!! because my medication was at the Newnan location. Yesterday 04/08/2024 was suppose to be my second shot of orthovisc and again I arrived ontime and after sitting for 25 minutes, I inquired on the delay. I was again informed that they did NOT! have my medicine AGAIN!!! It took a lot of rescheduling and effort on my end to ensure that I could make this very necessary appointment. I did not have another possibly hour to wait until they could retrieve my medicine I had to leave. What is the purpose of an appointment if there is always a gross wait. Yesterday was a major inconvenience and disappointment. I'm feeling this establishment has respect or value for time or condition.
