I bought an alarm from Best Buy installed at this store. The installation was very sloppy, wires were not secured properly, plastic panels were not fastened and wires were all over the place. Also, I never received a call when the car was ready for pick up. I ended up calling them after almost 4 hours and they said it was ready. The guys on the installation bin weren't even there anymore when I went to pick up and I never got a demo on how things work.
I would take my car to another store next time to get things done. Poor service.

Everyone ignored me I waited for 20 min to get a xbox controller. No one came over or acknowledge me.There were 2 other customers who was having the same issue , they left also. Now looking up another location to go to
that will help. I think it will be a while before I step back in your store

I have to use the Geek squad, I went to the PTC store, Preston was very helpful, I did not have to wait he explained what I need. It was a pleasure working with him.
