They are definitely buying good reviews. Ive lived in this complex for almost 5 years and Im looking to move ASAP. This complex used to be peaceful. In the last year we have witnessed the standards for tenants drop significantly. The amenities that are paid for are subpar and not worth the fee. I have walked upon a grown man urinating out in the open. That doesnt top the witnessed drug dealing, the gang signs and handshakes from the new tenants and their undesirable company, and the best yet, a man threatening a woman out in the open, in broad day light, while children were outside playing, with an automatic weapon with an extended clip. Management needs to do better!

Loved my new apartment. It was such an easy process. Reyna was so helpful and kind. Her manager Miriam is always greeting us with a smile. Will be recommending my friends and family.

Im currently sitting inside my apartment with no power due to a bad breaker that was supposedly fixed today. Called emergency maintenance four times and got no response. Hows that for customer service, take my advice from a long time resident here this place has gone downhill. I would suggest finding another apartment community to rent from and dont waste your time looking here. I see more folks moving out than moving in now I know why.

Worst place living. I would not recommend it to anyone . Poor management, rent is too high ,apartment building never get clean it smells moldy. I have complained to the leasing team several times about the neighbor living above my unit making excessive noises in the middle of night but they never done nothing about it. I cant wait for lease Ends
