Upon arrival in the room it smelt like someone had just stayed there that smoke cigarettes even though I requested a non-smoking room. Upon entering the bathroom I saw that there was black mold inside the shower and the toilet did not flush well. I waited for my spouse to arrive to decide what to do and decided to turn on the tv while I waited. The entire tv screen was of course cracked when I turned it on. My spouse arrived and as we were discussing what to do a roach crawled across the wall behind the bed. The front desk did nothing to accommodate any of the issues claiming the hotel was changing management and procedures were unclear at the moment. DO NOT STAY HERE!

PROS: Front desk staff were nice and the room was huge which accommodated our group of 6 nicely. We had the 1BR suite with the 2 queen beds. Theres a kitchen, living room with a pull out bed, tv in the living room & bedroom. Theres also a HUGE bedroom closet and a pretty nice sized bathroom in the bedroom. Of course you also have a dresser, desk, ironing board, iron, etc. The basics.. Theres also a little coffee desk in the front lobby and they have grab & go options behind the counter (I.e. packaged oatmeal). Theres a laundry room which I did end up needing to use once & it worked perfectly. Theres also a small workout space with 2 machines. No bugs. Nearby food options within walking distance. CONS: The entrance may be a deterrent from the jump. I almost cancelled & took the penalty because of it. Pot holes that were unavoidable. Once we got past that, the outside of the hotel looked dull and the lawn appeared to be unkept. (Very different from the bright appearance of the pictures online) Entering into the very tiny lobby, it was evident that the hotel was outdated. Thereafter, we learned that the rest of the hotel was also outdated. Outdated carpet in the hallways & hotel rooms. Furniture & appliances were also outdated. There was also a slight outdated/old smell. OVERALL: It works. Especially for a short stay of 2 nights and it was very affordable. But if your expectations are higher than budget level, dont waste your time here.

If you could use your money elsewhere do so. There is an holiday inn next to it as well as an Hampton an Hilton down the road etc. this is the worst an has a lot of issues and weird things going on as well as the setup and you could get stuck on the elevator. Just be careful out here if you reading this if you have an opportunity to do some better do it. Do NOT spend your time or money with this s****..
