5-star surprise. Everyone who works here is on drugs and I was robbed and given an unexpected 10-day crash course in Zen Buddhism I wasn't expecting, most definitely not here at a week stay stretched to 10 days feeling like 10 years as. The free at no extra charge after I booked a 2nd room for my 2 dogs and another for for me, the all inclusive 10-day -I needed and wanted. I knew Norcross was seedy, but the location is a hidden gem as it's just off the main Trail (Indian Trl Lilburn Rd) right catty-corner to Las Islistas which is a hide gem and secret portal into Mexico.
The Zen Retreat all-inclusive begins with a bang and is a surprise caried out by all of the crack and fentanyl smoking staff and their guests who live with them there as well. In my personalized surprise Zen rebirth; the staff prepared my room when I went to Micro Center to buy hardware for a corporate project only to return to my room entirely emptied out by staff! Everything from all my cards, including ID and wallet itself, along with tons of drives and storage devices containing millions worth of client data as well as all my work for the past 6 months with a few exceptions.
There is much more to tell. I will polish & finish this review one day... For now, the saga continues as the fat black gay resident drug dealer is now in possession of most of my stolen property. Most recently he is now contacting me via my phone number registered with Super 8 by Wyndham attempting to sell me back my own laptop and other devices.
Food & drinks: The little Isle Las Islistas across the road is a secret portal directly into Mexico. It's an insult to have a Taco Bell directly across the street to this place. It gets lively with live Mariachi band at night.

Rooms were FILTHY! Bathroom door was so disgusting I used kleenex to touch door knob. Showers had hair in them from previous. Found bugs on the bed (not sure what type they were very small and we proceeded to pack our stuff and leave and drive straight thru to our end destination instead.) We will not be going back! Staff told us we needed to email. We did and instead of being taken seriously we were just given "Our rooms are clean". Lesson learned reviews are important. So others can see truths. It is evident the moment you walk in the room and the door has huge gap at bottom and sides (not sealed) so of course bugs come right in. NEEDS UPGRADES!
