Very disappointed and will never purchase a warranty which comes from (Apco Holding aka Easy Care, National Auto Care, GWC Warranty, Member Care) they truly do not deserve one star. I have had this warranty since 2018, needing to use because of Engine problem which totals around $5000 between myself and dealer we have been conversing with a different person everyday and they have been denying for each and every reason they can and it is at the point of 4 weeks that I have been without my vehicle and no one cares, no one from there has reached out to me as a consumer. Some of the representatives are nasty and argumentative at times and you can only speak with a representative no manager or no one in charge that can actually make decisions and if asking for an email to contact management you are then given the representative email and she will receive email to then send to manager. These companies do not want to deal with consumers and apparently the larger warranty claims such as mine they use any and all to not pay . I will scream this to the media and social media websites so that consumers will be aware before paying and purchasing these warranties .

Horrible. These folks take their time processing claims and making life whole! My vehicle was totaled on early January 2024. Nearly three months later, I am still making car payment on totaled vehicle waiting for Easy Care. Does not matter how quickly consumer does their part in supplying needed documents. EasyCare take their sweet time processing GAP Claims. With Service Contracts You will find yourself stuck between the dealership supposedly waiting for refund from EasyCare on service contracts so that the dealer can in turn forwarded to your vehicle lien holder needed to reconcile outstanding balance. Do yourself a favor. If you purchase GAP buy if from the Lien holder e.g. GM Financial or Ford Credit etc. it may be a little more expensive overall. However, if your vehicle is a total loss the balance payoff process will be seamless and you will not have the stress related with making dual car payments for 3 months of more. No point in buying the product if you have to go 3-4 months uncertain when old vehicle will be paid off and refunds from service contracts included in original financing will be returned to lien holder. Appears like someone is playing the shell game with consumer money. Something that takes 1-day to consummate when vehicle is purchased should not take 4-months to resolve! Absolutely horrible, cannot tell who are the biggest crook is, EasyCare or the dealership.

I have to say; this service has been the best service that I ever had. I've had to use them on several occasions and on each occasion, they paid the repair shop (always a dealership). Sure I had my $250.00 deductible, but the repairs that my 2016 Chevrolet Sonic needed were paid at one hundred percent after I paid the deductible. Some of the work that they did was (1) Replace the ECM, (2) Repair (not replace) the transmission, (3) replace two oxygen sensors, (4) replace the coolant hose, (5) replace the washer fluid container that had cracked. The list goes on. I do not need them at the moment as I traded that car in for a newer car, but I will definitely be getting another contract with EasyCare when the time comes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company!

Don't waste your money!! Strung me out for 12 hours saying they were actively pursuing a provider for my RV winch out service request. Then called (after 12 hours) to say they were cancelling my request because they couldn't find a provider. Recommended I find my own locally. Don't rely on what their contracts state about Towing/Winch out coverage.

Bought the extended warranty for 2020 ram. Took it to the dealership for a problem and was told it had a cracked manifold. They called the warranty and was asked if there were rust on bolt. They told him it wasnt covered. Its pretty easy for rust to get on a bolt. Dont buy it
