Went to this bank as well as another to get a money order to purchase a 2021 Toyota Highlander for my wife. The teller had to get some verification from a manager to process my money order! (Something I have never heard of) not trying to make this about race but I did feel profiled. Because I was sent to another Wells Fargo because the manager wasnt in to approve my money order. If I could give no stars I would management and staff are terrible!! Would not bank here if you have over 75k in your bank account and a minority!!

Its 12:30 on a Friday afternoon and theres only one person working the counter with six in line. Grace is doing great as always but I'm in a small hurry.

I had a great experience at this branch today due to the outstanding customer service I experienced with Brook. However, I was very uncomfortable with how another bank teller spoke to a customer that was in her 70s. This teller was very rude and not realizing that sometimes seniors need more patience. Thankfully Brook was able to assist the lady after she got back in line for help. I would rate higher stars but the other bank teller really needs more training on how to speak with customers.
