Came to pick up my prescription today. Drive thru time is ridiculous. Literally waited forever for someone to come to the window. Might be changing my pharmacy and definitely would not ref. I was in a hurry, thought this was more convenient. Should have just gone inside. Absolutely ridiculous
Update:
Called to see if they have my medication in stock so that I can have my doctor call it over. Am told they can't give that info over the phone. When I talked to another Walgreens, they were able to tell me. My doctor will only transfer the medication so many times so I can't just have them waste a prescription on a pharmacy that doesn't have my medication. This Walgreens sucks and I hope I never have to deal with them. Thanks for nothing.

Slowest Walgreens Ive ever been in. One cashier and the manager. Hire more people!

Nikkia in the pharmacy was excellent. Her customer service was exceptional. She was extremely patient with my situation, I was navigating for a family member. She deserves a reward and recognition by the organization for her service.
