Awful customer service experience I had a package shipped here and they kept trying to play me about zip codes and locations like I didn't know what usps location accepted my package for pick up it clearly states that information in the tracking number I am a very dissatisfied customer will never use usps again 3 times this location and the rocky creek road location told me they didn't have my package then I was told I could pick it up when I got there the lady was so rude she didn't even bother to check her system for my stuff

When it comes to receiving mail. I get it but whenever I mail something out from this post office whether it is a change of address form or either transcripts going to my college, it never gets where it has to go. Ive done 2 change of address forms and both times they couldnt find it, so I had to go to the post office on college street. When I did it there it went through. The college also never received my transcripts but luckily this time I sent them electronically. I have a PO Box here, pretty soon Im closing it out and going elsewhere. Dont mail anything here!
