I do not rec'd this builder at all. Warranty issues have been a nightmare, builder left the neighborhood without doing promised fixes. Almost two years later still working with hoa to get items finished the builder was suppose to. If you insist on buying from horton, make sure you inspect every inch of the house, and have an inspection before you buy. \
