I got Tired to Request Every time about my package from USPS or post office, why they don't care about the Neighborhoods? are they not responsible ??

The worst usps Ive ever been to. Every time I go there theres always a problem. Terrible customer service and an ever worse attitude. If they hate their job so much they should quit. After waiting in a long line with only one person at the front helping, I was told that they cant accept my return because I didnt tape it. I politely asked if they could tape it or even staple it for me and she said no. Ive been to multiple USPS where they staple or tape it for me. Please save yourself some time and DONT GO to the usps on Patterson road! 0/10 experience!

This establishment is VERY unprofessional with how they handle their customers. Their was a mistake made on the companys end and the way one of your employees handled THEIR mistake was very distasteful, unprofessional, not willing to acknowledge their employees mistake by saying obviously something happened thats out of our control now THE REASON THE MISTAKE HAPPENED WAS BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER YOUR CONTROL TO BEGIN WITH. We were met with attitude before we even spoke one word. Not only was it a mistake on the United States Post Offices end but the older African American woman employee with the gray curly hair and glasses gave us an Oh well attitude when we did everything right on our end and we were turned away to fix THEIR mistake. We were told misinformation by another employee from this location prior to this visit which led us to return again this time but the customer service was even worst! This is unacceptable especially if this is supposed to be a reputable company who is in charge of making sure sensitive documents are protected!!!! Wow just wow. I want the employees responsible to be held accountable.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! THEY LIED ABOUT SCANNING MY PACKAGE IN THE AMAZON LOCKER. AND THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY THE SENDER PROBABLY NEVER SENT ME A PACKAGE. THEN HOW DID YOU MARK IS AS DELIVERED?! THEN IT CHANGED TO THEM SAYING THEY PUT TWO PACKAGES IN ONE LOCKER( WHICH THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO). I HAD MY LEASING OFFICE CHECK, THERES NOTHING THERE. I CALLED THE HUB, THEY SAID ONLY ONE PACKAGE WAS SCANNED IN. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MESS UP. I STILL WANT MY PACKAGE OR MONEY.
