David Wigley steals money. This is his business. He will not perform services, make excuses that he is at the hospital when’s he is actually at the bar. He has 63 debtors he owes money to for not performing services. He should go to jail.

I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. The owner, Mr. David Wigley, is completely untrustworthy and has taken $12,000 from me and my family, he promised he would build an addition on my house. He will swear up and down that he can be trusted. He will smooth talk and have an excuse for every question concerning when he's going to start the project. He said he had already bought all the material to get the job going, but somehow he has been unable to start, Anything. Right after he accepted the money from us he was able to get an operation on his elbow and his family enjoyed a week long vacation in lovely Panama City Florida.
There was some deconstruction of a small room that was accomplished by a different company and Mr. Wigly was supposed to build the room back. But apparently he spent all the money because no materials have been delivered to my house.
He has failed to produce a single 2x4 or even a single nail for that matter. He has promised to pay me back, but somehow never has the ability to. The sad part is, my wife and I have known this guy for 12 years. If he was having money problems, he could have just talked to me about it, we could have probably work something out about the addition on my house taking longer then expected or something of that nature. Instead of doing the mature/ responsible thing, Mr. Wigly decided that deceit was the better option.
This man even used the death of someones mother as a reason why he couldn't start the job at my house.
If you enjoy being deceived, taken advantage of and ripped off, well then, I highly recommend this Painting Company. However, if you don't enjoy those things and want an honest, professional and well-respected company that can complete your project in a timely fashion, I would and do strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
DW painting and pressure washing is not an honest company. David Wigly is not an honorable man. He is a lier and a theif, who does not deserve the privilege of having a business license.
