7:45am on a Sunday. Only two cars in the drive-thru and four employees. Completely ignored while we picked out our bottled drinks and decided on donuts. It was apparent that they were forcing us to use the self service kiosk. Completed order and waited when an employees finally acknowledged us and tried take our order. A couple minutes later, an employee gave us our hot item, but did not get anything else. Had to flag down an employees for our donuts/muffin.

I have had enough. I ordered a wrap with bacon, white cheese, and NO EGG. THE WORKER REPEATED IT. TO GIVE ME EGG.
IM DRIVING, EATING, AND IMMEDIATELY GO INTO AN ALLERGIC REACTION BECAUSE THEY PUT EGG. WHY ASK WHAT DO YOU WANT WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR GONNA DO WHAT YOU WANT? IM LOST.
DANGEROUS! DANGEROUS. I SHOULD SUE SO THEY CAN STOP THIS BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE.
