I rented and vacated a property with WOWza, loved the service and commitment. They are always on top of everything. Very responsible and courteous. Tara McClintock is amazing. Loved to be attended by her and how important for her was the customers satisfaction. Strongly recommend her and WOWza Realty.

Stay far away from this company and their employees. I used them for property management for my property in Saint Marys and during their time of managing it, they neglected and trashed my property. Allowed mold to grow inside my home, let my 15K pool go to trash and have me pay for all of the repair to get it back up and running again, treated my tenants very condescending and rude, and blamed all the repairs and problems that were being brought up to them by the tenants and the contractors that I hired to maintain my pool and lawn, on myself which resulted in thousands of dollars to be spent from myself to get my property fixed and back to what it was before Wowza took management. The communication isn't there at all. They ghost you for even the smallest things and when you bring it to their attention they get very defensive and aggressive and blame it all on you. They let my property go unattended to and let some very damaging repairs to incur that I had to take care of myself due to them not doing their "monthly" drive bys and knowing that my tenant was deployed and not in the property, and honestly doing their job. Don't be gaslit by this company for your property management. Their kindness will mess you up and you will stress over your property more than you can ever imagine.

This company continues to switch name between Wowza & Weichart/Weichert, so it's difficult to get a proper review. I suggest do your research. I had a horrible experience with this company. The amount of money collected for a rental is absolutely ridiculous to live in an uncomfortable situation. The property was not properly maintained. There were a constant parade of contractors in and out of property to repair the same situation. The professionalism, is not there, nor is the concern for every tenant.
I also see employees of Wowza leaving reviews, real classy....proves the character....enough said

We were with Wowza for twelve years, and I cant remember a time where there was any hitches. They were always on the ball with repairs, they took care of the tenants, and I dont think we went more than five days with the house vacant between tenants. Thank you Wowza for the diligent service.
