      image Called about a note left on my door for a mysterious package I have no idea about and the lady on the phone seemed super anxious and not prepared at all to be in a position of handling multiple customers. Put me on hold 3 times for a simple explanation. Then hung up on me before even giving me an answer lmao.. whoever the lady is working here 3-22-22 needs to find a different job that she can actually handle. pathetic

      image As someone who drops off packages here several times a week, I can honestly say that this location has never opened on time. It ranges from 10 minutes late to over 90 minutes late. The owner is very unprofessional and always comes waltzing in with an excuse.

      image Please go somewhere else. The lady manager that everyone is complaining about is really that bad. He mistreats employees and talks down to them. I went there once and thought she was just having a bad day but the second time she was belittling a new employee.
      If she is the owner, she certainly does not deserve to keep this company. The fact that she reads these negative reviews and still fails to improve is indicative of the type of person she is. Good thing UPS stores are all over and I don't have to go here any more.
      Corporate should do something.
