I have been here on more than one occasion and today by far is the best customer service experience I have ever received at any Health Dept within the various counties. The front office staff(Ms. Pansy) was very polite, welcoming and helpful in ever manner in helping me with my visit. Her colleague the Hispanic front staff I'm sorry I didn't get her name was also helpful and professional, she informed me of the public library across the street to print all the documents I need and to return back for service. The nursing staff who assist me (Ms. Toni) was pleasant, helpful, informative and delightful in her attitude towards me during our encounter. Hopeful today continue to mark more pleasant experience whenever I return back for service.

Scheduled an appointment to get my booster shot online for 5:30pm. Arrived on time to a completely empty tent and the DPH employees on the COVID line have no idea why everyone left early. Certainly these people can see they have appointments scheduled, why isn't anyone here?

This place is under renovation. Nobody around. Couple of tents out in parking lot. If raining just go back home they ain't coming. Complete fly by night set up. Better off consulting a witch doctor.

When You Call It Is Just A Automatic Line Asking You About The Test Or Vaccination For The Covid-19 But When You Need To Report Something Else You Can't Talk To Nobody About It They Just Have A Automatic Line And It Just Hangs Up

Horrible! I drove an hour to receive the coronavirus vaccine. I was told that as long as you arrived toward the end of vaccination events that they would allow you to be vaccinated no matter your age. Showed up, and one woman literally was guarding the vaccine as if she personally paid for it. A wasted two hours.
