This was my first ever home inspection for my first ever home. David was extremely punctual and professional. Very personable from the moment I contacted him, and he made sure that I understood the process step by step. Prices are very reasonable especially for the surface. Would highly recommend!

I'm in the process of buying a home and my Realtor recommended DSM Home inspections. She contacted him on Saturday, he called me shortly thereafter to speak as to how this process works and he was out to the home to inspect before 9am the next day which was a Sunday. The report that followed was detailed and includes color pictures too and he noted several things we did not see during walk-through. Thank you so much for prompt service, being concise yet thorough and being able to go out at such short notice. Will use him again. Not sure how much something like this costs but his rate was fair. Got the report a few hrs after the inspection
